Help With Trade / Dip Image

I have seen the answer here somewhere and even thought ah i will watch that post but i forgot to gah...

can someone tell me what .bik file i need to replace to get custom portriats up on the trade and Diplomatic images... i just want the standard .png file to display not the .bik vid

Just delete the 'trade video' line in the xml file.
