interface question

how do you pull up the screen that lists your progress toward the victory conditions

While playing GC2 once I pulled up a list of victory conditions during the game (at least I think I did this

), and it listed my current progress toward all active victory conditions.

Last night, for the life of me, I couldn't find how to pull that screen up again. Any help?

Click on the civilization manager button a the bottom on the right. From there, select the victory tab.
