Hello, I am having a rather strange problem. I just downloaded the new patch and went to play the game. Ever since getting the patch, no matter what I tell a planet to build, the time to build is "never". Once I tell them to build in the tile, it says it will be done in some crazy amount of time, like 40 weeks, even if the planet has decent production. I click turn, and go back to the planet on the next turn and now the accurate time is told. This is really getting on my nerves. Any ideas?

Also, I started the Campaign on normal difficulty and am on the second level and have yet to see the enemy make a single ship with any attack. I don't know if this is normal, or another odd glitch.
