Random event for a dead race

I just had the random event that changes the Drengin alignement to good. but the Drengin have been whiped out years ago.
They also show up on the left of the diplo screen when it is opened.

Something to be fixed in 1.3 I presume. 1.3 should be only bug fixes and such, no more feature which cause more bugs
