Help Me!!!! with kryos mod program

please

ok so i downloaded the program and did what it said in the readme, and put the KHSM folder into GalCiv2/Mods. im using the latest verstion of galciv2. i think this is the part that confuses me:

"Simply go into the game options and choose KHSM in the mods selection window. "

i went to the options window and there was no mod selection window. There was a box that said Use Mods and it was checked, but that didnt seem to do anythiing. so how do i work this program?????

Alright, I'm sure there is an answer somewhere out there in the forums, but I can never get the search to work for me. And I dont spend enough time online to search through all the layers of the forum manually.

Is it possible to have more than one mod running at one time? I can select one mod, but not two.

Thanks in advance

You can only have one mod active at a time, yes. But you can easily just copy multiple mods together in the same folder, and activate them as one. So if you want to use KHSM with another mod (for example), just copy everything from the KHSM folder into the other mod's folder, and activate the other mod instead of KHSM.

oh i figured it out hehe. had to upgrade

but i have another question. after i make my own ship, how do i save it so i can use it during other games?

That happens automatically. You'll see it in later games if you're using the same ship style and have the requisite technologies for whatever you put on the ship.

I can't believe this, all that time I was using the game folder with my mods... now I need to move them all to the mods folder? and when I was in the mods folder I didn't saw the RaceConfig file so were do I put my RaceConfig.xml?

You put it in the Data folder loose, along with the techtree xml and custom planets (I know there's a folder for that, but in my mod I have the customplanets.xml loose in the data folder and it works).
