possible bug with new ship screen

The item placement dials seem to be messed up at the 5 oclock position. I get the other positions without a problem but trying to get that position on the x, y or z axis just will not click in.

Has anyone else had this problem yet?

I wonder if it would be possible to redesign the axis controls instead of dials for x/y/z positions perhaps a numerical input field coupled with a slider similar to what is used in the negotiation screen. The slider would give you more control of the axis that way or you could tweak the numbers either way would be a great improvement..
