A bit sad?

Just got this of the society game website:
"We have one full game development team presently at Stardock. Right now they're working on the expansion pack for Galactic Civilizations II. Then they will be working on The Political Machine and other expansion packs for GalCiv II."

Am I a little bit of a saddo for getting excited about more expansion packs before the first one is out?

I don't know, but it may be even more sad that, because of the way that second sentence of the quote is worded, I got really excited because it looked like they were making a GCII expansion called The Political Machine where that aspect of the game would finally get the attention it deserves.

Then I realized that TPM is a different game altogether, which made me sad.

Elections are a game, but they're not expansion packs for Galactic Civ. Somebody's copy editor needs more coffee.

With how things are on the news I thought the 2008 elections were being held this year, a little ahead of schedule. They may want to expand it to the 2006-2008 elections as it seems you need to start ads 2 years now before the actual vote.
