Minimap bug

1)If its totally zoomed out it shows the borders
2.a)If its zoomed in +1 it doesnt show
b)If its zoomed in +2 it shows
c)If you zoom out to +1 it shows (after being on +2)
3) It doesnt show if you zoom in to +3

Note: when it doesnt show it has a grey halfcircle on the right side of the minimap
