Needed new sig.bin after reformat and reinstalling game?

I had the need to reinstall the game after a reformat of the pc. the old sig.bin I previously got by e.mail do not work. Do I need to receive a new one?

... Well,I tried to obtain another sig.bin but I received the following:


"Stardock Email Activation Unsuccessful.

Hello. The activation email you sent to [email protected] has had a
problem while parsing and was unable to generate a sig.bin file.

Any help will be really appreciate as I can't upgrade the game.
Why the previous sig.bin do not work on my pc after format&reinstall?
Why I can't get again the activation file?

(of course: my game is original and I make mistakes writing the serial number )

Delete the sig bin file and then open the GC2 Launch file. On it is a update serial number. It will create a new sig bin file.
