so the Drengin Empire are the good guys this time what about the humans i think they should keep going with the story they have now because to me it sound like they have killed off the human race

Err.. they pretty much have. The Terran Alliance is a wreck. I think they locked themselves away somehow, never got to the end of campaign.

But they can't do anything.

At the end of the campaign, the humans are conquered by the Drenjin, but a fleet manages to transport to a pocket universe, both to ensure survival, and to prepare for thier eventual return. If you played Moo2, it's sort of like the Antarians, except self imposed for safety.

So, it would make sense if the humans aren't that important in the expansion.

Not completely conquered. Earth itself is sealed off with nothing able to get in or out, and the fleet you commanded has gone off to the pocket universe where the Dread Lords had been trapped in order to study the technology they left behind and eventually come back, wipe out the Drengin, and make it safe to let Earth out of its bubble.

I bet that is what the Thalan are mad about. Imagine this< A few centuries pass and the humans come out of the bubble armed with amazing technology. They conquer the galaxy and set up a human imperium. In GC3 the Thalans are the only hope for the galaxy. they must defeat the evil human empire and free the galaxy. that would be so cool.
