production and screwing off

On bright the computer seems to almost completey screw off production. They seem to only like to build some BS building like fleet manager. I on the other build factory first and rush build it. now it cost like 4k to do that. I took to plants that has precurser prod and guess what they had on it. absolutely nothing. They also placed some project on 2 100% prod booster. Why do they do this BS? Do they jerk off any on suicidal? Ow well two more losers and off to a much higher rank. Before the patch the game kept screwing up but the AI played ball. Now the game don't screw up but the AI does the screwing off. I have patch 1.1 it screws up occassionally
