new empire

I have just started my own new empire any advice would be usefull. any members wish to join let me know and i hope we all have a lot of fun. I am kinda new at this game but off to a great start i have won my last couple of games through diplomacy.so i have vyet to dominate a complete map.any suggestions could be helpful. My empire name is imperial rule and hope some people plan to join thanks.
