Tools/Utilities

Hey guys, If this game supports custom maps, scenarios and the like... Where do i go to get these tools and/or utilities? Or is this done from within the Game?

You build them by hand, which is not to say that you get out a hammer and saw or a galactic 7-ply superstring reformatter, but that you go into the XML and write it out yourself, something I am too tired to do personally with 1 week left in an intense college IT program but may get into someday.
