Starting Races ability BUG?

is this a bug?

Ok so i started to look what all the ability's of all races were, i deleted all there ability's that were already preset (so now i had those 10 points left again) and than pressed back to see what ability's they have wich i couldn't change. like yor has 8% logistics, 25% minitarization bonus and something else. Draths is mighty with 25% diplomacy, 25% production bonus and allot more while 2 races only had 7% logistics bonus, nothing more (yea the 10 points but all races have those). they have no other ability's, is this a bug? i play drath ofcourse, with * 25% production bonus * 50% defence bonus * 25% diplomacy bonus * 6% logistics * 50% espionage + the 10 points, so besides this i also have 20% economy, 10% planitary quality, 10% hitpoints and some more. the arcean empire and the iconian refuge have only this: * 7% logistics + those 10 points. even the yor had more logistics + other good ability's + the 10 points. so is this a bug or not? mystic

I'm pretty sure the Arceans and Iconians will be the ones to go in the expansion. How do you get cred for being evil? Kill something good and reclusive and harmless (Iconians) and something old with a long history in the game (the Arceans). And they can't defend themselves because they don't have any good abilities.

The different races also get different starting techs, a different PQ starting planet and different relations with the other races. So I guess that needs to be factored in. However, I think that the Yor and Drath do well in these areas too . Especially useful in game terms is Ion drive (which they both get) cos you can immediately revamp your colony ships to be miles faster than anyone without it.
