Ok, I remember updating to 1.1, I had to use my activation key when I started the game, and everything was fine.

This time around, it didn't ask me for my serial number, instead it jumps right into playing the openning movie scene for the game- well, at least, that looks like whats trying to do because it never actually plays the movie scene, it just goes black, and sits there until you control alt delete it.


I've done some forum reading, The problem isn't that I have my resolution or desktop settings set up wrong or anything like that- I do use 3DAnalyser to run the game with textures ect if thats of any relevance..

I've tried running it without 3dA, and I've tried rebooting my comp, then running it. I've also tried installing the patch again.

Is there anything I can do short of reinstalling the game?
