Earth supersized, how you customise star size?

Stars size not planets

this is what I've done to earth in customplanets.xml

and if you'll look closer to the left you'll see that this is only a moon of really big earth that we are seeing only
his right side.
someone can tell me why isn't all the planets are huge in galciv 2? because all the ships are looking bigger then the planet
and it's wired. and last how you customize the star size? you know the sun....

I don't know how to customize the sizes, but if you wanted the star/planet/ship size ratio to be reasonably close to realistic then the stars could take up the entire screen and the ships would still be too small to see.

it is a strategy game, so basicaly anything is using just strategical icons, so why bother about realismus? ^^

Things "isn't" scale because people like to see their ships, and see more than one system on the screen at once...

You don't want things to be true scale...

You can set the planet size in CustomPlanets.xml.
Look for PercentOfStarSize

so why bother about realismus?


I want to play the game how that I want to play the game and I want to play it as real huge space with huge planets.
