What is the good last version retails?

If you download the Stardock utility you can use Stardock Central to download updates to the game.

If you check the box to see pre-release versions you can download the Beta versions, which are updates that are not quite finished yet.

They may have some minor bugs in them but they are the latest and most improved versions of the game.

So install from the CD first or get the initial 1.1 download first , they go to SDC for the beta.

1.2b is a more recent version than 1.11, so 1.2b to 1.11 would actually be a downgrade. However, 1.2b is a beta version, so it is still under development and may occasionally crash on you. This is why it is only available through SDC, and not from the website.

If you find 1.2b crashes too much to you, uninstall then upgrade to 1.11 again. If you don't see any problem with 1.2b, then just sit back and enjoy the extra features.

dont need to uninstall. You can just install 1.11 over 1.2b by A) downloading the patch from here downloading it from SDC if you turn off "show pre-release versions"

It's completely clear. Beta means Beta, not retail. 1.11 is the latest retail version. 1.2b2 is newer, yet not a retail version, which is why it's called beta.

If you don't know what I beta is, I advise against using it, because they can be extremely buggy. So download 1.11, or if you wish you can keep 1.2b

i played all the week and i ve got just 1 or 2 crash but game is saved.
