Human Faction Default Settings?

Help!!!

I played the demo before i bought the game and in the demo i altered the name and characteristics and abilities and politics of the human civilization. When i installed the game after buying it, it continued to have this altered faction in place of the real human civilization. What is its default settings or how do i reset it, so that they will be normal again?

Go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2

Simply delete the x.raceconfig file.
x being the name of the race you used (human, Earth Alliance or whatever)

That's it!

yes but that takes work.
there is a much easier way in game.
Select the humans. Then when you are customizing them, on the bottom there is a button "Clear". Press it.

Clear never worked for me the last time I tried.

It was fixed in 1.1 I think. Before that it just got rid of everything.
