Buying trade goods is permament but building them is not.

in a game I recently played. The torians built diplomatic translators. I took the planet so got the rights to sell them. This apparently included the rights to sell them back to the original builder.
If a race can trade for permament rights for a trade good, shouldn't they be able to keep the rights for them when they build them?

Get this: If you conquer a planet with a trade good you get NO BENEFIT from it.

You can, however, trade them as usual.

I don't think this is intentional, since it makes no sense at all. I hope it will be fixed.
