I looked at the text files one can mod for Total Conversion.

Nice.

However, I wondered if y'all wrote the text/values line by line in each file and laboriously cross-checked each file to make sure it all synced up right.

Or did you have a spreadsheet with macro functions that would seed changes in their relevant files...?

If you did have that spreadsheet--which, I'm sure was a pain in the ass to format and write--would it be possible to make the template available for distribution in order to make Total Conversion a bit easier?

Just wondering. I know you have a lot going on these days.
