Can't activate my copy of Gal Civ 2....

Hello,

I can't activate my copy of galactic civilizations.... I have had various messages such as

'Error 3: Serial Number Is Not Registered To This Account'

and I have been entering my serial number on various screens such as StarDock. I am now unable to play the game, because I can't activate it.

How can I solve this??

Please help!!

I have done a search on here and some posters have had a problem with their serial number too.

I hope stardock can sort it out for me...
