The planetary enhancements- do they work for super projects?

I build a manufacturing capital on a bonus tile +100% but it seem as if bonus was not working. Why? Don' t the super projects use bonuses?

Nope. Super projects ignore bonuses.

Start again from a save game and build it on another tile and use a factory on the manufacturing bonus...

Basically it has to produce points to gain the bonus so the capital dosen't produce it enchances already producing structures....

Imagine if a manufacturing capital could be linked to a precursor mine...
