Missing CD key

A blank cd case

Recently I purchased Galactic Civilizations II: Dreadlords only to notice while installing it required a CD-key for online play. It said on the back of the jewel case. To my shock no CD-key was present on the jewel case. Infact nothing was on the Jewel case no images no cover and there was no CD-Key in the pamplet or on the flier inside. I need help, I didn't know where to contact The makers of GC2, Stardock games. I need help please. I will post photos if needed.

I don't really know what to tell you. There should have been a Serial Number on the back of the CD case. While it's possible that somehow that particular CD case was not labled with a SN I don't think you will get much support from Stardock on this issue. The SN is not there to keep you from being able to play the game, but to keep people from getting extra features for pirated games. If you had been able to register your serial number with Stardock, this would not be an issue because you could always retrieve your SN from SD with an e-mail. But since you never had a SN there is no way for Stardock to know whether or not you or someone else is using that SN to play a pirated game.

You don't understand I bought It from BESTBUY! God damn they have bad service. Problem is, Is that I am 15 and I can't drive yet so I would need my parents to take me to Best buy's lousy customer service to try and get another copy. But right now with gass costing so much It costs us 6 dollars to go to bestbuy and back. And my parents will not pay 6 dollars just for going to best buy.

That sucks, try to hitch a ride when you can then. Best Buy won't let you trade a game in for a different game but they usually don't have problems exchanging for another copy of the same game due to defective software or missing materials.
