The easy regional IP banning is now in place.  Psycho is gone.

If he wants to come back, he will have to do a lot of work to do so (Create a new email account, create a new account here, with a different IP from a different region). Whereas the moment he posts, moderators can just press a button to make him go away.

also, Frogboy, what about my forum idea post? its just an idea that could be implemented, but doesn't have to be implemented in like two weeks from now because you guys obviously have higher priorities such as working on the patch, general tech suppourt, and having a little fun on the forums

There are a few, the CoH devs have really good relations with the community, although not quite as close as here because the fanbase is so much larger and they have larger things to work with, but they do work with the community

although here and on the CoH community are the only ones that I personally know that have devs with great relations with the community.

Generally I scan through and stop at interesting and funny spots but I don't chat much.I'll be playing the game shortly.

Ok, CoH devs are all devil worshippers.

It's statesman and the brain, statesman and the brain, one is a genius, the others insane "nerf!"

First: He said "wow, pick any superpower you like" in the alpha stage. So everyone picked high damage range attacks and heavy armour with some regen and speed ability chucked in.

Then he said "no, lets make it so you choose a set of powers, and pick from them". He DID NOT change his own powersets, nor did any of the devs.

Then the nerfing began, and the dev's all have moves which have built in nerf resist.

To this day, they would all be unkillable in PVP, which they occasionally enter and slaughter everybody in. Oh, and I hate them for tohit debuffs. It would be like if Frogboy et al gave themselves a 3000% bonus to miniturisation, attack, and economy, then allowed that game to count for the Metaverse.

well, different environment, that is an MMO and this game is not. MMO games are harder to balance really because so many ppl wnat this and that. My point was that they are willing to help the community. I get this view because I was in Star Wars Galxies for a year and I had to endure thier horrible customer relations, compared to Star Wars Galaxies when I was there, the dev-community relations was 100% better in City of Heroes. So I just kind of appreciate the dev-community relations somewhat more.

That 3000 percent bonus for miniaturization does sound good.

I dunno, a 3000% bonus sounds like it could crash the game because you'd end up with possibly thousands of 'slots'

Nah, you've seen the massive robot ships etc, and they're 0 slots. 30 times the weapons and no jewellery would probably be alright.
