JJ I read about your race awhile back, it sounds interesting. Messing with the XML isn't any different than editing a text file. You open the XML with a text editor, Notepad, Wordpad, MS Word, or ConTEXT and change the text or tags to whatever you want. There are some hard coded limitations to what you can do but you'll figure that out with trail and error.

Mine's Hoeggaarden, a nice white beer, with a fruity, fresh taste.... best with some lime or lemon

Beer - Dunkle Weissen or Double Bach
Liquor - Jack Daniels
Soda - Mountain Dew or Sundrop
Other - Milk

I haven't got to try alot of Dutch food or drink. The one food I really miss here in the States is Donner Kabobs. I also love Nordic cheeses.

for soda I prefer good old fashioned Cola (don't know if I could mention the brand... trademark and all that)

Coke, don't like pepsi too much... but some of the local brands are pretty good

Yeah there are alot of people that are lactose intollerant, and the US is one of the few countries where people drink alot of milk.

actually most of the world is lactose intollerant, Europe and the US are the only countries where it's rare....
Plus of course it isn't natural to drink milk

I don't remember any of the local brands in Germany. It was cheaper to buy beer than soda there. What kind of foods do you like?

I like the taste of milk, but when I'm eating I try to pick a drink that will go well with my meal.

I prefer pasta's and potatoe stuff... and meat... any meat will do.....GIVE ME MEAT.....

Hmmm, I love Hoeggaarden. Its very expensive here in the UK though. And theres only one pub I know of that serves it where I live.

Of course it's right opposite my house, so that's allright.... but very expensive... even in holland

I like meats and cheeses, things with gravy, potatoes and salads. I live at fast food restaurants, I just love cheese burgers.

I'm particularly jealous now DeadDodo, The nearest place to me is a good 20 min walk.
The only foods I can currently think of that I dont like are Strong cheeses.

I've always had problems eating cheese on meat.... then again I can't eat much cheese anyhow.... but a nice burger with salad, and some tomatoes is my favorite!

aarrghh... now I'm hungry... and the worst part is... it's my own doing!!!

I'll take your word for it, but I'm going to try something a little more convenient than beer by mail. I work at the same time they would deliver it so I'd never get it.
