i was playing a custom game and out of no where an event comes up and says something like "The Carnor civilization have been created" and i looked all around the map for them and couldnt find them i could get the minor wars to declare war on them but not the major and they didnt even show up on the minor races page

?????

well either its a bug or the Carnor appeared in some isolated section of the galaxy. what size map were you doing when that happened?

Yup, they are most likely in an area that you have not explored yet.

what do they look like or are they just like the other multiple minor races images and it was gigantic custom made map
