serial number???

i can't figure out what number i'm supposed to enter to Update Serial. on the back of my jewel case (bought in the UK, Limited Edition metal case) I have one number that starts with PDX and another long series of numbers under the bar code...but neither of those seem to be what the system is looking for.

The PDX is not the serial number. It's the special fancy stuff number.

The long one is the serial, but its hard to type in correctly. Keep trying, and don't confuse letters with numbers.
