For those having issues downloading latest update via SDC

Someone mentioned changing or updating the server stardock central connects to should solve the problem. It worked for me . Go to Tools --> Settings --> Internet and either change the current server to california or refresh the list. This worked for me and hopefully should work for you. Thanks to WarEagle for the tip.
