Starbase Modules

Cant add moduels

Hey peoples,
Im a newbe to the game and i have the manual,but i cant seem to find anything on adding moduels
to a starbase.When i click on the starbase all but the DESTROY button on the main consol is greyed out.At what point should
i be adding moduels and how do i do it? Thanx

You need to build constructor ships (Any ship with a Constructor Module will do). Send these ships to the same tile as the starbase and you will be prompted to add a module.
