Minor races

help please

is it just me or is there no way to spy on minor races so please help me! if there is a way PLEASE tell me if not is it something that could be updated in a new version??

It's not just you. No spying on the little guys. I just exploit them for all they're worth.

Minor race = nice PQ15 world for the taking...save the cash on spying (you can't do it anyways), just sent them a few thousand visitors with guns.

I prefer to leave the minor races alone. They make good sources of cash whenever you are short. They always pay top dollar for techs. The andians are the best, since they tend to research some good techs and sell them at a nice price.

Generally I leave them alone and trade with them but once out of the blue the Jessuins declared war on me! Next turn their planet was mine
