What do you mean by "ship list"?

I mean after some researches new ships are available so ... I need to see what kind they are.

No, no you don't need to see. The reason being, if you need to see you WILL lose. The entire point is to design your own ships, or the AI will simply crush you, because designed ships are always, ALWAYS, superior to pre-designed ones that don't take into account what technology you have. You can even go into the designer and just click the parts you want, and they'll auto-fit.

But if you like not being able to utilise the technology you have, fine. Just don't expect to be able to turn the difficulty up and win.

Hmm i am winnig the game because on the home planet i found 7 ranger class ships. So how to make ships myself i didn't know that there is such an option.

In the Shipyard (F7) you can design your own ships, choose what weapons and engines to use. Just don't get too attached to any one design because every new technology makes you want to design another one just a little better. Also, don't get confused when the "Upgrade" button doesn't load in all the weapons you put on the ship. It only uploads the extras like swoopy wings and assumes you want to put all new weapons on yourself.

Well i found it and understand how it works but why the ships are so weak. I maen the ships which i found (on the planet must be because the luck) are much stronger for example i have one with 101 hit points and makes 40 damage i just annihilate one race whit it . And annother question are there any diferent base types i mean when you construct you choose betwen cargo thin ... and so on and there are some bases so are there more when you advandced int hte researches.

No. Rangers aren't available. Stronger ships are available, but most of my games the rangers are worthless by year 3, they can't even match my decent ships, let alones dominate.

Rangers are nothing to do with research, they're random. The ships are weak because you don't have any tech. If you had the tech required for the ranger, then the ranger is worthless.

If you want to see how good ships can you build just select the "Battle of the gods" game type in the game setup menu then enter shipyard and have fun

Well i've played a couple of hours and the best ship which i can build is with 18 hit points. So wich are the hull researches the weapons the sheld and the engine researches are clear what they do.

The hull researches are all labelled "hull". The end of the tree (after massive scale building) allows for a hit point boost. Anything red is a type of weapon tech, but the main three are the beam, mass driver, and missile trees (beam starts laser, laser 2, laser 3 etc and the rest are next to beam) Defences are thigs beginning with shield defence theory, and the tree's next to it. The engines are hyperdriver, hyperdrive plus, ion drive, and so forth.
