How to get my characters medals under forum posts?

I notice a lot of posters have their Metaverse medals under their posts, but the ones from my character don't appear. How do I go about getting this?

Set the character with the medals you want as your default character. I had to make two characters to set one as default, you might not have to.

My medals used to show up and now they don't anymore. I only have one character and I didn't change anything. Any ideas anyone?

Edit: looks like it doesn't work - strange ...

Edit 2: found the answer in another post - it works now
