its interesting to note its at 0.001 T, or 1B

The population is not displaying properly. Your population is 1,072,560 million, which is 1.072 T.
This has been fixed for the next update.

yea, if you have neutrality centers no need for any more research centers, for nothing can compare to the 22mp. upgrade those discovery shperes into NC's!!!
