Artifical slave center?

What exactly does this give, it doesn't show any numbers on the planet screen, nor does the wki say anything.

well, I noticed that when you first colonize a planet, and it has indeginous population, the evil choice is to enslave them, and under that choice it gives the bonus (+43% in the one instance I remember) that you would get by chosing the evil way.

Calaban, that has nothing to do with the artificial slave center improvement.

It boosts military production by a whole lot. Build one on a manufacturing planet and notice the difference.

It's actually the entire civilization. Tested. Not sure by how much though, but definitely worth building.

I'm not exactly sure, but from my observations ASC gives a 50% military production bonus empire-wide
