HELP!!

I've just downloaded v1.1 and installed, but when I try to start the game it asks for my email and the product serial number. I'm registered with StarDock and when i put my email and serial info it says "error activating product". I'm connected ti the net and all the info I'm putting in is right. What am I doing wrong?
