MOOII Mod?

i have seen mods for Babylon 5 and Star Trek, but i havent found anybody doing a mod for MOOII. is there one planned?

all you moo2 fans ha. Gotta love great games that the AI are so dumb. Wheres the challenge? Stop wanting moo2 stuff, its over, its done. Gal Civ reigns as the new space king whether you like it or not.

galciv2's engine is a whole lot better than MOOIII.

Why is everybody going on about the MOO2 AI? All he asked for was a mod, I'm guessing mainly for graphics like the other SciFi Mods. You know ship hulls, race pics and logos. Does anyone actually read what other people post instead of jumping to far fetched conclusions. He never said he wanted GalCiv to be MOO2 he was asking for some of the cosmetic appearance of MOO2.

I find myself wishing the AIs had racial ship design tendencies like Moo2 had...

Like the Meklar all had huge hulls, miniaturizateion, autorepair, and missiles out the wazoo,

The Alkari were all carriers and fightercraft swarms,

etc.

To Onikazi: thats exactly what im talking about, i just wasnt sure how to put exactly that into words.

To Calaban: in most of my games, the AI only uses Missles. no mass or beam ever.

this game is good, but the ai like most ai's will never match up, im still doing the same things i did in the moo series and killing the ai. but im an old moo player, who hated m3 .... god what a waste of harddrive space. G2 is a nice game, thank god i tried it. I so love this type of gaming. I too kind of miss the crazy ships of m2 tho, but for me its the fun memories. peace tooth....
