Poor quality espionage.....

Hello

When my espionage is at its highest against the Drengin and I read....

I then didn't expect to find....

...only one of their planets in the above picture shows one ship defending one planet. The first picture indicates that they have ZERO undefending colonies. Am I understanding the report correctly...?

BTW you can see my influence base around the Lasitus planets in the left corner, I am amazed that the Drengin (played on tough level) leave so many planets unguarded.
