When can we expect 1.2?

I'm not trying to rush you Stardock guys, you deserve your vacation. I just want an outlook on what timeframe to expect. Are we talking weeks, months? How large an update are you thinking about making compared to 1.1? Are you going to post a changelog for us to see what's going to be updated?

Well Brad is away for three weeks, so I'd say a month and a half to two months from now... at a guess.

The eradication of the many bugs contained in 1.1 would make a fantastic 1.2, and me a happy Darlek.

Most likely 1.2 will come out exactly 2-4 weeks after the deadline they announce It's like that sometimes. Last minute changes and bugs that are found mean last minute testing which leads to last last minute bug reports and last last last minute testing... It's a common thing in software development. Let's just hope it'll be a good one, just like 1.1 was/is.

I agree with Quitch and Skyjack. Gonna guess? That's what I would have guessed. To leave out a guessing game would be to say, when it's done. Which is of course when it'll be released.

When it's done... lol. Really? I would've never guessed that!

I also agree with samit! In about 6 weeks Stardock will probably be saying it's on the verge of being ready, then be set back several times until it's actually ready due to... we found something we need to fix first, we found another thing, we've decided we're going to throw blah-blah-blah into 1.2 right now instead of waiting for 1.3, we've found something else we need to fix first, ect. Hehehe. That is the way of the programmer! To me it's understandable. Most programmers want things to be just right, or as close as they can get them. Yet, as with a lot of things in life, it's can be fairly difficult to get something to be just right.

not for a while... I hope...


I would like it to be like 1.1, a huge update..

with many new features and more AI tweeking...


but a 1.1.x needs to come out.... to fix some of the bugs that have surfaced
