Help Please!!

problem with game to start

I just purchased the game and installed it. Then after the little game introduction movie, when the menu screen is supposed to come up, it doesn't. I don't think I have a compatible video card, because I installed Directx 9.0c and it still did not work. Any suggestions?

Try upgrading your Video Drivers.

Upgrade the video drivers as that should solve the problem.

Sound Drivers too, just in case. Make sure your desktop is 1024x768 or larger with 32bit color.

Make sure sure your Video card is compatable with DirectX 9.0c (it should say so on the box you got it in).
