Haven't seen anybody bring this up:

1. GNN report pops up.
2. From the GNN report, you go to a ship build that you want to change.
3. You also try to change the rally point from the ship build screen.
4. The rally point menu doesn't show up!
5. You close the ship build screen, you close the GNN report, and there's the rally point menu!

I would have expected for the GNN report to be the "bottom" layer of screens (above the galaxy map, of course) and for newer menus such as the rally point menu to be on the "top" layer of screens. If Stardock can recreate this and finds it as annoying as me, I hope they can fix it for 1.2.
