Democracy doesn't end

UP Issue --> All civs must operate as a democracy through %year%. After %year% + 1, everyone is still a democracy instead of reverting back to imperial.

sounds fine to me
you are forced to be democratic, but not nothing is said that you are forced to change back after that year
and why would you want to lose that econ bonus?

what i dont really get is how that up issue can put the whole galaxy to star democracy when noone has ever researched it ...

I don't personally want to go back to being imperial. I research the interstellar governments as soon as I'm able. I just don't want the AI becoming democratic, at least not without researching it themselves or trading for it.

during senate voting ( for parties ) on of the buttons to scroll parties doesnt work ( i think its "down")
