newest release and old saves

ok, i have now installed the latest patch (1.1)

if i load an old game, does it use the updated stuff, or the old? or not function at all?

(so basically, can i continue or shall i start a new one)

Saves from the Beta patches work fine for me. I don't know about saved games from 1.0 or 1.0X.

oh er... like from original game.. no betas.. so 1.0? (just straight cd instal)

There were changes made to the file/save structure during the betas, so if you have a game going that you want to finish, don't upgrade till you are done.
