My system crashed forcing a complete rebuild. How do I re-activate to get a sig.bin file to run the 1.1 patch?

If you delete the sig.bin file, GC2 should prompt you to reinput your email address and serial when you try to run it, at which point ti will recreate sig.bin to match your new system config. This needs a net connection so if you don't have one on the machine in question, you'll need to activate by email (which involves copying and pasting a code to portable media and sending it off from a connected machine).

Please clarify (specific) on how to activate by email. My galciv2 box does not have an Internet connection so I need a sig.bin file that is not tied to the Internet box SID.
