Love typing in serial number

I appreciate Stardock's anti-piracy policy.

But that serial number is something else.

I don't remember having to type it in for the last two patches. I guess it was supposed to be saved in a file (is it sig.bin?).

But this time I had to retype it when starting the game: 28 characters. I have it in a text file. But the program won't let you paste it in.

5 tries. Finally got it right.

Yeah it is a long winded number. Hopefully it wont cause me trouble since I rebuilt My computer this weekend and Reinstalled the Retail CD (first time I opened it, downloaded last time) and since I don't have internet on that PC (I refuse to Install a Phone at New house, cant stand it when you get basic phone service for 20 Bucks and Your bill is always 35 bucks cause of Taxes, stupid govement) And Until The DSL without Phone comes to my area, I won't. Anyway better work. LOL.

Press Ctrl-V to paste it in. Yes, that needs to be made more clear.

If you have reinstalled the OS, you will need to reactivate (Malkuth). In your case, it'll generate a code you can email us and we'll send back the sig.bin file. So long as you don't reinstall Windows, you're set.

Even with the Retail CD Code? Oh man.... Yes Brand new windows Installed so I guess I have to go thru it all again. I will install it tonight then and send code tommorow for I can play it tommorow at least. But I didnt have problems with 1.0X and played it for about 2 hours last night, it only asked once for code, and that was when I installed it.

In GalCiv III, the serials are going to be in kanji.

w00t, kanji! I'm prepared!

In anycase, I've never had to retype my serial since the time I first registered the game, and I must have installed what 6-7 patches? Maybe you should start using the GC2 launcher, update your serial there, and then update the game through SDCentral like I do.

In GalCiv IV, you'll first have to decrypt the 128 bit encrypted key-file, then type in 64 letters... in runes.

Funny, I didn't have to typ it in this time. I have confirmed it IS 1.1, though.

Are they gonna be right-to-left ?

Obviously that'll depend on the moon phase.

Oh, and don't forget, every lunar eclipse it should go from bottom up instead.
