Patch 1.1 out for german version?

Hi,

is the Patch 1.1 now out or not out for the german version ? I can not find it in the download section or is it the reatail download? And is it also for the german version or only for the english version?

It came out in english a few hours ago, I imagine someone is working the translation

The latest German files from mid-last week are integrated into this build. There maybe some small data differences or additional #-defined extra text strings that are not present, but those can be added in the future.

If Language = German at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Drengin.net\GalCiv2, then the updated German files will install. If that has been changed to English via a previous update installer or beta, you'll need to use RegEdit.exe to flip it back. Or reinstall from the retail CD over the top of the existing one and then apply the update, but that seems to be overkill to update 1 registry key.

Chose the retail section - I just downloaded and started the game (you have to input your S/N, the upper one on the manual if bought in germany / collectors edition).

Works fine, as Nakor said all texts so far recognized stayed german (maybe some translation errors as before still remain, when researching technology or so... can´t say for sure now )

Hello! I have the digital download english version. I come from germany and want german language...is there a way to change my galciv2 1.1 to german language?
