Renaming Stars?

I know that one can do this for planets once you've colonised them, but is there anyway to rename stars?

Not at present time. Ive mentioned that in the tweaks thread too (and a while back at that )

Actually you can also rename a planet that has not been colonized. (Maybe it also is possible to rename inhabitable planets and planets belonging to other civs, haven't tried)

Actually, you can rename just about anything, including enemy ships, starbases, and even planets. Just not stars, apparently.

Renaming starbases is good to ID the type, military, Influence etc...I even do this to the other civ's bases.
