Also, if you are able to dimolish a builidng, you should be able to rebuild it!! I captured an enemy planet. They had an orbital defence building (is that what's it called? danged brain fart- one of the buildings that allow your ships in orbit to fight as a fleet) built on a 300% tech bonus square! Naturally, I burnt down that sucker and built a science station. Then when I went to rebuild the orbital defence building I did not have the option to rebuild it.
Programming should recognize if there is a one-per-planet-building on the planet, instead of the current programming which seems to only remember if a one-per-planet-building has been built and then prevents further buildings of that type from being built ever again.
I haven't downloaded the current beta (but I did upgrade to the last alpha released 1.0?), so perhaps this has already been addressed . . . ?
