This bug has not been fixed since the game came out and here it is. The event is the one that has a 2 headed squal in it. If you chose the good path your approval goes down to 1. On all my planets it went to one no matter what I had on it. I tryed setting my tax lower but no change. Pls have a fix for this in version 1.1-1.2. This bug is almost never seen becasue the event is rare.
