Probably 40+ hours - Intelligent. large Galaxy, 9 opponents. Game spanned 3 versions - beta1.1 to 1.1b3.

It was a fun game - had a poor start, I eventually gave up trying to conquer everyone since the 5 remaining civs were all equal in military power, and instead went for a Cultural win towards the end after an aI/aI war left two influence resources open. Otherwise it may have lasted 80.

About....18 hours I'd say. Though that's not counting all my idle time. . .oh to be easily distracted.

I'm playing my second ever large galaxy with max number of stars and planets and inhabitable planets and with only 10 hours done so far I have almost 80 colonies and have dominated 50% of the galaxy on intelligent, the AI just can't keep up with me. The Dominion of Korx were the only race that seemed to expand at any reasonable speed like myself. They were also the first to make the uber mistake of declaring war on me without first getting any warships, LOL! So 1 month later I conquered their homeworld and slice their empire by 25%. I then granted them mercy and declared peace. 1 year later they have declared to take yet another pop shot at me but this time with a fairly small fleet. My new line of battleships with 46 attack rating and 2 hyperwarpdrives quickly put them off that idea.

Then the foolish Drengin allied with the Korx and attacked me on the opposite side of my empire after they defeated the Yor. Unfortunately for me this is my openly weakest side with NO ships, NO SBs, and hardly any population on any of the worlds. I've have to rush build a load of ships in that region to count any Drengin threat, but alas, I was to late for one colony, which with pillaged by the Drengin shocktroopers. However the colony the liberated the very next turn by the Kaiidan Imperial Guard. The most elite troops in the empire. But the horror of the occupation was all to apparent...

Anderson 4 had suffered a devastating mass driver attack prior to the invasion which had left the world with huge craters.

Thats as far as I have gone so far, and you can rest assure the Drengin will pay dearly for the violention.

Hi... I modified the TechTree so the technologies cost 100 times the original cost.

The game is lasting for 21 days now. Playing 6 hour/day. Veeeeeery fun indeed, never boring because it is a allways evolving universe.
Since mine is the most powerful civ and everybody respects my empire, I play "Balance of Power" helping the weakest civilizations to overrun the most powerful and them switch the chairs and keep going.
I switch of victory conditions except and military conquest. So I expect the game last for a lot more days before the other civs reach the top of techtree and representing a threat.

Kisses from me...
