visual problem

Im having a problem actually seeing the game. it loads fine, everything seems fine until i get to the main menu and i get half the screen and menu options are all over the place. Any suggestions? Also, if you do have any talk to me like an idiot, i don't know jack about computers. please contact me at [email protected]

Hey Potential!

Could you post your debug.err file here? It will be in your root GalCiv2 directory (somthing like c:program files\stardock\totalgaming\galciv2).

That will give us some specs that should help us figure out your problem! Thanks!

But a good first step would be to update your graphics drivers - if you dont know how, post your debug.err here and ask. Ideally, you want your graphics driver to be from 2006. If the one described in your debug.err is from before 2005, definately upgrade.

(Just in case, dedug.err is a plain text file,but windows wont know that. Just tell it to open in notepad when it asks, then copy and past it here)
